What it does

Every weekday morning, this workflow finds unpaid QuickBooks invoices that are past their due date, writes a polite payment reminder for each customer, and sends them from Gmail only after a person approves.

How it works:

1. Daily Check (Scheduler) starts the workflow at 9 AM UTC, Monday to Friday.

2. Overdue Invoice Finder (ReAct agent) calls the QuickBooks "Search invoices" tool for unpaid invoices, keeps the ones past their due date, and drafts a short reminder for each customer.

3. Approve Reminders (Human in the loop) shows the reviewer every reminder. The reviewer approves or rejects, and can add notes such as "skip Acme".

4. Approval Gate (Router) continues only when the decision is "approved". If rejected, nothing is sent.

5. Reminder Sender (ReAct agent) sends each reminder with the Gmail "Send a Gmail message" tool and reports who was emailed.

Before you run it:

- Connect QuickBooks and Gmail, then select your connection on both tool nodes.

- Pick a model for both agents.

- Set the reviewer email in Approve Reminders.

- Optional: change the schedule time or timezone in Daily Check.

Result: overdue customers get a friendly reminder every morning, and nothing goes out without your approval.
