What it does
Gives every new hire an organised first week from day one. Each morning the workflow picks up anyone marked as hired in Workable, builds a role-specific plan and intro meetings, the hiring manager approves it, and then the meetings are booked in Google Calendar, an onboarding page is created in Notion, and the new hire gets a welcome email.
Before you run it:
- Connect Workable, Google Calendar, Notion and Gmail, then select your connection on each tool node.
- Pick a model for each agent.
- Set the hiring manager as the reviewer in Manager Review.
- In Page Builder, replace YOUR_NOTION_PARENT_PAGE_ID with the Notion page that should hold onboarding pages, and share that page with your Notion connection.
- Move candidates to the Hired stage in Workable; the start date is read from their offer (next Monday if there is none).
- Invites and the welcome email go to the email in Workable, usually the personal email.
