What it does

On a schedule (weekday mornings by default), this workflow gathers your team's current open and in-progress issues from Linear, summarizes them into a clean, skimmable digest, and posts it straight to your Slack channel. Instead of chasing people for updates or clicking through a board, the whole team opens Slack to a ready-made snapshot of where work stands.
How it works
1. Morning Trigger — a scheduler fires the workflow automatically each weekday morning (9 AM, Mon–Fri; fully adjustable via cron).
2. Fetch Open Issues — an AI agent queries Linear for the team's open and in-progress issues, returning titles, status, assignees, and priority.
3. Summarize Status — a reasoning agent turns that raw list into a short standup digest: totals by status, a "needs attention" list of high-priority or stalled items, and a one-line roundup of everything else.
4. Post Digest — an AI agent posts the finished digest to your Slack channel, verbatim.
