What it does
Screens every applicant from your Google Forms application form each morning, so recruiters review a ranked shortlist instead of every application. Each applicant is scored against the job requirements with a clear reason, the recruiter approves, and then shortlisted applicants get an interview invite and the rest get a polite reply.
Before you run it:
- Connect Google Forms and Gmail, then select your connection on each tool node.
- Pick a model for each agent.
- Create an application form with questions such as full name, email, years of experience, skills and a short experience summary. Put the job title in the form title and the requirements in the form description.
- In Application Collector, replace YOUR_GOOGLE_FORM_ID with your form's ID.
- In Candidate Notifier, replace YOUR_BOOKING_LINK and [email protected] with your own values.
- Set the recruiter as the reviewer in Recruiter Review.
